At Lace and Button we strive to give you a warm welcome and hope to put you at ease offering a bridal experience that is second to none for service, intimacy and style.

Do feel free to bring a close friend/family member or two whose opinion you value, however any more than three people is not advisable due to space constraints. Photography is not permitted whilst wearing the dresses however, your stylist will ensure you leave the boutique with a detailed list of your most favourite styles.
Your appointment is a private 90 minute appointment and consultation with one of  our highly trained experts.

We value our bride’s privacy and as such we only see one bride per consultation.

APPOINTMENT FEES

  •  There is a £20 appointment fee for Tuesday to Saturday appointments, including sample sale appointments. This fee is fully redeemable against the purchase of your wedding dress or alteration service cost.
  • There is a £30 appointment fee for Sunday & Evening appointments, including sample sale appointments. This fee is fully redeemable against the purchase of your wedding dress or alteration service cost.
  • If you would like to cancel your appointment, we will issue a full refund of the appointment fee, given that you provide us with a minimum of 72 hours notice to cancel your appointment via email or telephone. For example, if your appointment is scheduled for Saturday at 3pm, please send an email by 3pm on the Wednesday (three days before your appointment) with your name and appointment date and time requesting to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
